Initial Submissions

Authors are invited to submit their original work that has not previously been submitted or published  or submitted for publication elsewhere . The use of artificial intelligence (AI)–generated text in an article shall be disclosed in the acknowledgements section of any paper submitted to SEEDA-CECNSM 2025; the sections of the paper that use AI-generated text shall have a citation to the AI system used to generate the text.

Please check the “Guidance for IEEE Publications Regarding AI-Generated Text”. Each paper should not exceed 6 pages to avoid additional page charges, which apply to a maximum of two extra pages at a cost of 100 euros per page if the paper is accepted. Papers exceeding 8 pages will not be accepted. All papers need to be in IEEE CS format and submitted via the dedicated Easychair submission site.
